My shoes are awesome!

My shoes are awesome! The customer service =Boo! Needed to go down a half size and this company won’t honor the “first time purchase” discount price online . Via email, they responded that it was one time and no exchanges! Crazy! So, I received no discount because they didn’t fit. Something that is common with trying on shoes! Everything was done within their timeline. You have to return and pay in full! They probably won’t post this but it’s an honest review.
